The logistics and warehousing zone, known as 'Category 1 Logistics and Storage Land Use,' spans 10778 square meters and is designed to accommodate high-rise buildings with a ground floor area of at least 21556 square meters. The underground space is also planned for development, with a maximum allowable area of 43112 square meters.

This area is designed to have a lower building density and a higher green space ratio, with a minimum green space of 35% and a maximum of 40%.
