Guangzhou's Resilient City Initiative: A Digital Transformation Journey

The plan also focuses on improving urban operation and management services. This includes the implementation of a 'one network to manage all' system for urban operation and management, enhancing command and dispatch, coordination, data sharing, and comprehensive evaluation. The 'Guangzhou Smart Management' platform will be expanded to include more industry applications, enabling a closed-loop management system for urban risk perception, monitoring and early warning, command and dispatch, disposal and feedback, statistics analysis, and trend prediction.
